Helping Hand is a service to connect caregivers of those with chronic illnesses in Denmark. With this service, the caregivers can find peers within his or her local area to provide the emotional support and personal information and resources they need that they may or may not be able to get from healthcare professionals. We created this service to function both with smartphones and talk and text cellphones.
This project was originally developed as a part of the Kolding International Design Camp. This service is now being tested and developed by our clients, KMD – one of Denmark’s largest software and IT companies based in the public sector.
